24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We reserve a block of time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule for any reason, that you provide us with 24-hours notice.

Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a cancellation fee of 25%. If you fail to notify us at all, you may be charged the full appointment fee.

As a courtesy, we send text and/or email to confirmations before your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You're always welcome to call/text and double check any appointments if you're unsure. 

Late Policy 

Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you.

Product return 

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of product is remaining.

Guarantee of Services

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you're not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported more than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo, but will be assessed and handled accordingly.
